how can i start a legal process outsourcing business in india?

You have to network with potential customers and show them how your company can help them make more money.
I would think that you would have to have a sales staff in the US. Go to California and set up a sales office. California has more lawyers than any other state in the US. (I can tell you that in the US, everyone just wants to make money. If you can show a law firm that they can save money by using your services they will most likely do it.)
Also, in the US we have a very high opinion of Indians. Many of our doctors and university professors are from India.
