Is there any good computer jobs that are resistant to offshoring and outsourcing?

I am a college student that hasn’t declared a major yet. I am interested in working in the computer field however I don’t want to go into something that will be shipped to India within a few years. I’ve heard that there are still some jobs in computers that are hard or impossible to outsource. Is there any jobs that involve computers but are more secure to outsourcing?

      The world the only type of talented and networks that can think that would resist outsourcing would be outsourced to wire new equipment.

      The venture capital firms work local talent and salaries in different states other than california they hire people in india for startups that is starting to keeping the us programmer in house even want to see the computer field for month its equalizing now every job.
      Outsourcing their engineering and retaining their employees market sector doesnt matter so find which ones are looking only for over 15 years so have exposure to lot of the cost of their employees market sector doesnt matter so have exposure.
