My employers are outsourcing my department and my role no longer exist. Do I have to work my notice/leave?

If you quit you would not than be entitled to your unemployment benefits. Unless the company agrees to let you go or they force you into part time or cut your pay.

My personal experience would recommend showing up all the days you are scheduled to hide what you as in dont work but dont take what you should contact your best.
