Why does the U.S do it? It’s ruining our economy. It’s a huge problem. You guys don’t consider millions of jobs lost to China to be a problem?

Don’t believe everything the presidential candidates tell you or what you read.
Firms use outsourcing when it is cheaper or can provide better quality than doing the work in-house or in-country. But, contrary to what most people think it plays only a minor role in the loss of American jobs.
It is estimated by most economist that, of the 2 million American jobs lost since the 1990’s about 300,000 or 15% are due to outsourcing. The rest are due to improved productivity in the U.S. in manufacturing and supply management.
Interestingly, US manufacturing jobs are down about 18% since the 1990’s and Chinese manufacturing jobs are down by about 11%.
