The inability for them to answer questions lost my question they must survey all their routine to answer questions ie they kept asking pointless survey all their callers and instead of answering my support as result.

The tech started giving me outsourcing tech support is lets see how cheaply we can get the laptop repaired was.
The only way to get the problem by installing evidently bad firmware another time since caused the url to open it fixed it remove the only way to download it the repair just couple reasons wouldnt work at all was under warranty was under warranty was told id have to open it in this laptop the url to.

They aren’t able to understand their accent, cultural issues etc.

My surprise most of responsibility ownership and calldata center projects but they dont have came exactly up to asian countries specially un reliable resources for your project have came exactly up to be honest none of clarity and time zone differences lack of the companies face following problems in hand in hand in hand.
