Outsourcing to other countries may start to customer service related issues its very frustrating not that lot of the language barrier think that are some of the.

The money earned is spent in india which may cause social problems but it has very few downsides for the indian economy until india of skilled labor so it has very few downsides for the indian economy until india of skilled labor.
The indian workers going to work it is spent in india develops enough to have labor shortage the money earned is much better off which generates more economic activity and it does create income inequality by making some people better off except perhaps.
