What is Outsourcing ?. Can anyone give me the details ?

One of the rounds is GD which serves as the elimination round as the other rounds are comparatively easier ( except perhaps the Technical interview ) . During the GD , indepth knowledge of the topic helps a lot as you have to state your point without conflicting with the general view .
