That’s a bad question. US outsourced to whereever there was cheap labor. Japan, South Korea, China, India have all provided and provide cheap labor. Japan was source for cheap labor in 60’s and 70’s. Korea was cheap labor in 70’s and 80’s. China was in 90’s and now and India also. China basically makes everything for US at a low price and allows us to buy a tshirt for 10 bucks.
