Why should I create american jobs instead of outsourcing to India?

I am gonna be employing about 3200 people, but if I can save a lot more money by outsourcing them to India, why are people saying we should create jobs here when it’s cheaper there? You also have to account for worker’s comp, disability, healthcare, certain benefits, minimum wage, taxes, and the money is really high, a worker’s pay here is about 7 there. So, why?

      There is no valid ethical reason since all those cost items are forced on you by government for unethical reasons, primarily to buy votes and enrich cronies and big business.

      However, there may be business reasons to have at least some of your staff located domestically. Communication and quality control issues can be quite severe with Indian services providers.
