Would you support outsourcing the management of your local public library?

My local city council has been looking into outsourcing the management of the local public library to save money. A number of residents were very dissatisfied with this and we had an interesting debate during the last city council meeting.
Would you support the outsourcing of your library services to a private company in the name of saving money?

      The employees that are current and they could lose their jobs.
      Outsourcing is against the employees that are current and they could lose their jobs.
